Ajay is an Investment Director at Legg Mason Investments which promotes Legg Mason affiliate products through International distribution channels. His core responsibility is as a technical product specialist for the company’s international equity based products with a focus on Emerging and Asia Pacific markets. His role focuses on maximising the knowledge, sales and asset retention of key products by working together with clients, sales and marketing. He is a key contact between the globally based investment teams at our affiliates and the regional Sales teams. Ajay has previously worked at ABN AMRO Asset Management, as the Global Product Specialist for Emerging Markets Equities and M&G Investments as a Manager of Strategic Product Analysis. Ajay received his CFA charterholder designation in October 2003 and has a BA (Honours) Economics degree from the University of Durham, England.
